TWO-DAY RENTAL DURING LOW SEASON
Low season*: 1 January - 6 June and 17 August - 31 December 2024 with the requirement of a minimum two-night stay.
- With a maximum of two people, we rent out at a discounted price during the low season according to the table!

EXTRA BEDS in addition to the four included in the basic price:
- SEK 200/day for living in the farm's cabin/apartments and SEK 300/day for living in White and Green Goosebery Lodge.
- SEK 1,000/week for living in the farm's cottage/apartments and SEK 1,500/week for living in White and Green Gooseberry Lodge.
BOOKING / CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT:
- When booking more than four weeks in advance and the total rent exceeds SEK 4,000, we charge a deposit of 20%, which must be paid within one week.
- Final payment, or if the rental cost is less than SEK 4,000, everything is paid at the same time, no later than one week before the booked arrival date.
- In case of cancellation, the down payment is always lost. This will not be refunded.
- Up to two weeks before arrival, you get all the money back except for the down payment.
Within a week before the booked arrival, the tenant receives money back in addition to the deposit paid, only if we can get another tenant to live in the guest accommodation. The tenant can now instead, via his own travel insurance in home insurance, apply for a refund of the rental amount, due to canceled accommodation.
GOOD TO KNOW
- A deposit of 1000 / 2000 SEK is to be paid on arrival and will be returned after inspection of cleaning/key drop-off!
- Children under 2 years old (on arrival) stay for free in our accommodations when using existing beds.
- Sheets and towels are normally brought by guests themselves - these are not included!
- Final cleaning is normally carried out by the tenant before drop-off. Cannot be redeemed during high season.
- Free Wifi and free lending of bicycles upon correct return.
OPTIONAL
- Sleeping sheet rent: 200 SEK per bed set.
- Towel rental: 100 SEK (includes one large and one small towel).
- Final cleaning fee: 1000 SEK in cottage/apartments and 2000 SEK in the houses.
- Charging of hybrid/electric car: 5 SEK per kWh. Charging station Mode-3, Type-2 with 11 kw power.
CORPORATE
- For business customers who rent and want invoiced/receipted for their bookkeeping, there is normally a VAT surcharge of 12% !
