Guest accommodations

Today we have five furnished guest accommodations: the Cottage of Lyckås, the Blueberry Lodge, the Wild Strawberry Lodge, White Gooseberry Lodge and Green Gooseberry Lodge.
Our goal is that these genuine guest accommodations, of high class in a nice country environment, should give us satisfied guests who would like to return after having a nice experience here. We do not accept pets!

Rental rules:

• Our rental is based on self catering and includes electricity, heat and waste management.
• Low season: At least (requirement) two days accommodation.
• High season: Weekly rental only with change on Saturdays.
  
• Check-in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am.
• We are open all year.

• Deposit is charged at 1 000 / 2 000 SEK upon arrival and is a guarantee for return of the keys and final cleaning before departure.
• We try to maintain a high standard of the rental we offer. This means that the accommodation must be kept clean.
• Avoid entering our accommodations with outdoor shoes.
• The cleaning can be performed during low season for 1000 SEK.
• There is normally a kitchen towel, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. Should any of this not be found then notify the landlord directly.
• Sheets and towels are not included, but they can also be rented if desired.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge.
• The booking fee serves as a down payment and must be paid within one week of booking.
• The final fee is paid two weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors! We want to offer good accommodation for people with different allergies.
• It is forbidden to bring your own pets to our accommodation.
