TWO-DAY RENTAL DURING LOW SEASON

Low season*: 1 January - 7 June and 17 August - 31 December 2024 with the requirement of a minimum two-night stay.

With a maximum of two people, we rent out at a discounted price during the low season according to the table!

The premium weeks 28 - 31 (6/7 - 3/8) have now been changed to the same price as the other summer weeks.

WEEKLY RENTAL DURING HIGH SEASON WITH SATURDAYS AS CHANGING DAY

High season**: 7 June - 17 August 2024 (NOTE! Returning tenants always have a SEK 500 discount on the weekly price)!
The premium weeks 28 - 31 (6/7 - 3/8) have now been changed to the same price as the other summer weeks.
In Gooseberry Lodge, normaly high season prices also apply during the Christmas and New Year holidays, 17/12 2023 - 7/1 2024.

EXTRA BEDS in addition to the four included in the basic price:

SEK 200/day for living in the farm's cabin/apartments and SEK 300/day for living in Krusbärsstället.
SEK 1,000/week for living in the farm's cottage/apartments and SEK 1,500/week for living in Krusbärsstället.

BOOKING / CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT:

When booking more than four weeks in advance and the total rent exceeds SEK 4,000, we charge a deposit of 20%, which must be paid within one week.
Final payment, or if the rental cost is less than SEK 4,000, everything is paid at the same time, no later than one week before the booked arrival date.
In case of cancellation, the down payment is always lost. This will not be refunded.
Up to two weeks before arrival, you get all the money back except for the down payment.
Within a week before the booked arrival, the tenant receives money back in addition to the deposit paid, only if we can get another tenant to live in the guest accommodation. The tenant can now instead, via his own travel insurance in home insurance, apply for a refund of the rental amount, due to canceled accommodation.

NOTE! A deposit of SEK 1000 is always paid on arrival which is returned after inspection of cleaning and return of keys! The deposit is 2000 SEK for the Gooseberry Lodge!

OTHERS:

Children under 2 year (at arrival) stay free in our accommodation when using existing beds.
Cot supplement: SEK 100/day or SEK 500 per week.
Sheets and towels are brought by the guests and are not included in the rent.
Bed sheet rental: SEK 200 per set.
Towel rental: SEK 100 (includes one large and one small).
Final cleaning before delivery cannot be purchased free of charge during high season, June 9 - August 19.
Wifi - free and fast!
Charging hybrid/electric car: SEK 5 per kWh. Charging station Mode-3, Type-2 with 11 kW power.
Bicycles - free loan against return in the same condition.
